Where do the products you use come from?

We attach particular importance to the quality of the products and materials that we integrate. We mainly supply ourselves (over 90%) in the European Union. Non-EU products are in the minority (less than 10%) and come equally from North America and Asia.

What is your area of intervention?

We operate throughout France and Spain!

But it is true that our favorite area remains the french great west: Brest, Caen, Le Mans, La Rochelle.

What are your societal commitments regarding CSR?

We take very seriously the impact that our society can have on its social environment. We favor French or European suppliers and products produced in France or in Europe. We are more than 95% of products and services from France or Europe today. We do not work on test benches for weapons.

What are your ecological commitments?

From its foundation, PHALANX has had a strong ecological commitment with support programs for ecological projects in 2012 and 2013, a policy of paper recycling and “100% digital” for orders and invoices.

How do you certify the quality of the code?

Throughout the process of creating a source code, we continuously test not only its functionality, but also its formal writing quality. Two tools complement each other: a tool based on VI Analyzer, automatic and a review with a manual "checklist".

A global review is carried out by another developer with the same tools at the end of the project.

What are your response times for a quote?

It depends on the complexity of the quote. For a one-off request for intervention, it can be within 24 hours. For a complex request like a full bench, it may take three weeks.

How do you communicate the progress times?

We share interim reports issued by Requirements Gateway as they progress. If physical reviews are not practical, we can use video conferencing with screen sharing or demonstration videos.

What are the guarantee commitments?

Our commitments are QUALITY and TRANSPARENCY. We are committed to delivering you a functional system that complies with the specifications drawn up together at the start of the project. In addition, any malfunction against specifications is covered by our warranty one year after delivery of the project.
